Risk: Possible Salmonella contamination.
Check: Fi Calming, 180 g, lot 26118; or Fi 8-in-1 Formula, 180 g, lot 26159.
Do this: Stop using the affected product, dispose of it securely, and clean anything it touched. Contact your veterinarian if your dog becomes ill.
Fromm Turkey Pâté and Milo’s Meatloaf Pâté
Risk: The food may contain pieces of metal.
Check: Turkey Pâté, lot EP2A3306 551006; or Milo’s Meatloaf Pâté, lot EP2A3306 551029. Both have a best-by date of March 20, 2029.
Do this: Stop feeding affected cans and return them to the retailer.
Revival Feline Milk Replacers
Risk: Some products may contain inadequate levels of essential vitamins and minerals.
Check: Certain sizes and dates of Breeder’s Edge Foster Care Feline and Shelter’s Choice Feline Milk Replacers are included.
Do this: Stop using the product and compare its size, UPC and best-by date with the FDA’s complete list.

Northwest Naturals Frozen Chicken Recipes
Risk: Possible Salmonella and Listeria contamination.
Check: Two-pound cat food/protein topper, lot B-5, best by January 26, 2028; or six-pound dog food, lot B-19, best by January 25, 2028.
Do this: Stop feeding the product, return it for a refund, and sanitize everything it touched.
Oma’s Pride Woof Complete Canine Chicken Recipe
Risk: Possible Salmonella contamination. Three dog illnesses were reported when the recall was announced.
Check: Six-pound bags, lot BB012729, best by January 27, 2029.
Do this: Stop feeding the affected food, dispose of it securely, and sanitize everything it touched.
Adequan Canine and Adequan I.M.
Risk: Certain injectable products may contain glass fibers.
Check: Adequan Canine lots 3369 and 25011; Adequan I.M. lots 24416 and 25265P.
Do this: Do not use an affected vial. Contact the veterinarian or pharmacy that supplied it.
Pedigree High Protein Chicken & Duck Wet Dog Food
Risk: The food may contain sharp pieces of metal or plastic.
Check: 13.2-ounce cans with lot 613C3KKCFC or 613C1KKCFC.
Do this: Do not feed affected cans. Contact Pedigree for replacement information.
Revival Canine and Goat Milk Replacers
Risk: Certain products may contain too little or too much vitamin D.
Check: Multiple sizes and dates of Breeder’s Edge and Shelter’s Choice milk replacers are included.

Risk: Possible thiamine—vitamin B1—deficiency, which can cause serious neurological problems in cats.

Do this: Stop feeding affected products and follow the company’s return or disposal instructions.

Check: Products made from July 17 through December 23, 2025, plus the listed Beef and Turkey Medley product. More than 180 lots are involved.

Risk: The salmon recipe named on the front may not match the lamb recipe shown in the ingredient panel.
Check: N&D Tropical Selection Salmon, Spelt, Oats and Tropical Fruits Recipe in 22-pound bags.
Do this: Compare the front label with the ingredient list, especially if your dog has a food allergy or sensitivity.

Answers Pet Food
FDA testing identified Salmonella and/or Listeria in several raw dog-food lots. A later FDA warning letter documented broader concerns involving sanitation, supplier verification and preventive controls.
The identified dates have passed, but the warning-letter matter remains relevant until the FDA documents its resolution.

The FDA has formally terminated the recall involving six-ounce bags of Chicken Chips for Dogs, lot 24045, expiration April 2027.
