These are the animals who taught me some of my biggest lessons—the wins, the worries, the messy middle, and all. Their stories are real, their results are their own, and no two journeys look exactly alike. I’ll show you what we changed, what helped, what did not, and what each animal taught me about listening to the body in front of us instead of following a one-size-fits-all plan.
